Why is wellbeing important?
If you have good wellbeing, you are able to take on whatever life throws at you. It is important that we maintain our wellbeing, whether that be as little as having a bubble bath or as big as going on a month long holiday.
What do you look forward to most with your work at HSR Psychology?
I look forward to being in the world of a psychologist. I look forward to understanding more about the inner workings of the next generation. And most importantly, I look forward to meeting lots of different people from different backgrounds.
What fascinates you about children?
Their ability to bounce back from any situation and the way they perceive the world differently to adults. In the words of the psychologist Jean Piaget, children are definitely “little scientists”.
