We work with case managers on a collaborative basis and provide specific case manager services. We adhere to the 2015 rehabilitation code throughout our work with case managers as both an assessor, and as a rehabilitation provider.
The Code’s purpose is to help the injured claimant make the best and quickest possible medical, social, vocational and psychological recovery. This means ensuring that his or her need for rehabilitation is assessed and addressed as a priority, and that the process is pursued on a collaborative basis.
Our case manager services are available in Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire and Cheshire.
If you're outside this location please contact us to find out if we can help.
We provide reports for needs of severe to catastrophic injuries so appropriate rehabilitation procedures can be put in place as soon as possible. Our comprehensive psychology service is accessible and appropriate for all ages. Assessments can take place in our clinic space.
We guarantee to complete a comprehensive report within set timeframes to keep the recovery process moving forward and achieve aims. Information will be presented and shared to the relevant parties when necessary.
Our approach and recommendations are based in evidence and focused on optimal recovery. Evidence-based interventions will work towards SMART objectives which will be based on the claimant’s personal circumstances and injuries in order to facilitate recovery. Treatment and intervention options will be specific to the claimant’s needs identified during the assessment and will take place in the most appropriate setting.
