We accept referrals for specific assessments and interventions from health professionals. Parents can self-fund and refer for our service. Our specialist psychologists will be happy to discuss referrals in advance. As professional psychologists we would like to be able to refer children and young people onwards to health professionals if necessary without adding extra stress to the child or young person, parents, carers or education settings. We provide instant access to our specialist team who carry out efficient and reliable assessments.
A multi-disciplinary approach is common and effective in identification and intervention processes for special educational needs and disabilities. Working together minimises waiting times for services, families and education settings. Our team is available when needed, ensuring effective referrals.
Clinical, educational and child psychology complements many professions and is beneficial in joint assessments. Providing joint interventions opens up a broad range of possibilities, including time saving effective and specialised input for a child or young person. Joint assessments and consultations facilitate complicated cases where there is more than one area of need. If there is a patient who requires an assessment from our psychologists then we will facilitate the sharing of results.

Our team are available to liaise between settings enabling us to communicate appropriate information to or from parents, education settings and the child or young person. We advise on our experience to save the repetition of information gathering, allowing health professionals to spend more time with the individual.
