Other assessments can provide confirmation and alternative methods of assessing, this allows us to remain inclusive within the whole age range we work with.
After an assessment we will provide verbal feedback, and a written report if requested. Following an assessment we will explain and discuss the findings from the assessment, including possible next steps. We provide support after an assessment according to your needs, and could include consultations, interventions or referrals.
Other assessments are a bespoke method of finding out specific information relating to an individual and can be adapted in many ways.
